This year the Washington County LWV will be returning to Bistro 11 for our annual meeting. We will do a bit of the business portion of our meeting before our program which this year features three storytellers from the Black Storytellers of Western Maryland.

Patricia Gaye Smart will share "My BFF", an original story that she first told at the Delaware Storytelling Residency last summer. Janice E. Kelsh will share a recitation of her most widely quoted and best known speech on equality….”Ain’t I A Woman?” And Lola L. Mosby will share "Voting In My Community" an original, personal story.

Following the presentations and a time for discussion, the meeting will conclude with a review of local League positions.
